According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huatai Co., Ltd. (600308.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder Huatai Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatai Group") will increase its holdings of the company's shares by 15,726,700 shares through centralized bidding transactions from November 6, 2024, to February 13, 2025, accounting for 1.04% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 57.7698 million yuan (excluding handling fees)
