# YIBIN TECH.: Plans to invest 35 million yuan to establish an industrial fund

On the evening of February 13th, YIBIN TECH announced that the company intends to use its own funds as a limited partner to jointly invest with the general partner and executive partner, Minsheng Equity Fund, and other limited partners, including Liu Yanru, to establish the Gongqingcheng Minsheng Innovation Intelligent Investment Partnership. The fundraising scale of the industrial fund is 55 million yuan, which will be specifically invested in Suzhou Faao Yiwei Robot System Co., Ltd. The company plans to subscribe for a capital contribution of 35 million yuan, holding a shareholding ratio of 63.6364%
