According to the announcement from Haixia Environmental Protection (603817.SH), in order to optimize the company's financing structure, broaden financing channels, and reduce financing costs, the company's 13th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors held on February 13, 2025, reviewed and approved the proposal to apply for the issuance of ultra-short-term financing bonds, agreeing to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of ultra-short-term financing bonds not exceeding RMB 600 million (including RMB 600 million)
