# AEC GROUP completed the placement of 36 million shares, netting approximately HKD 3.45 million

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, AEC GROUP (08320) has stated that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed on February 13, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent successfully placed a total of 36 million placement shares to no fewer than six subscribers at a placement price of HKD 0.10 per share, which represents approximately 4.88% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the completion of the placement.

The net proceeds from the placement amount to approximately HKD 3.45 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital of the group, including employee salaries totaling approximately HKD 3 million and rental payments and office expenses totaling approximately HKD 450,000
