According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Boss Soft (300525.SZ) announced that the company's director and senior management Ye Zhangming, along with the chairman of the supervisory board Mao Shimin, plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 1.6 million shares, accounting for 0.22% of the company's total share capital
