(referred to as "Wuxi Soling") has established a wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Soling Vehicle Networking Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu Soling") in Chengdu, with a registered capital of 20 million RMB, funded by Wuxi Soling's own capital, which holds 100% equity.
