# Hengbo Holdings has completed the establishment of an overseas subsidiary

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Hengbo Holdings (301225.SZ) announced that the company aims to further expand its overseas market, meet the needs of its strategic development, and enhance the competitiveness and visibility of its products in the overseas market. While ensuring the steady development of its main business, the company will use its own funds of USD 100,000 to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Seychelles, and through this newly established wholly-owned subsidiary in Seychelles, it will use its own funds of USD 100,000 to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore.

Recently, the registration of the aforementioned foreign investment has been completed, and the company has received the registration certificate issued by the local competent authority, while simultaneously carrying out ODI filing and bank account opening
