The new stock abbreviation will be: AVIC Chengfei, the new stock code will be: 302132, and the new English abbreviation will be: AVIC CAC. The effective date for the new stock abbreviation and stock code is February 17, 2025.

The company's major asset restructuring matters have been fully disclosed in advance. After the change of the company's stock abbreviation and stock code, the legal entity of the company will remain, and there will be no substantial changes to the listed entity, which will not have a material impact on the company's production operations and investment value. All information, rights, and obligations under "AVIC CAC" will be transferred to "AVIC Chengfei," and "AVIC Chengfei" will inherit all rights and obligations of "AVIC CAC."
