HCR announced that its shareholder Zhuopu Management, due to its own funding needs, reduced its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 1.4165 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from February 11, 2025, to February 14, 2025, accounting for 1.9071% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Zhuopu Management holds 4.2521 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.7248% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan has been completed, and the shareholding ratio has reached an integer multiple of 1%
