# Tianyi Medical plans to acquire CRRT-filter assets for €11.99 million to improve its production line

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianyi Medical (301097.SZ) announced that the company agreed to acquire the CRRT-filter business assets from BELLCO S.R.L. (“Seller”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pulaimaklong International Limited (referred to as “Pulaimaklong” or “Buyer”) in Singapore. The transaction price is expected to be €11.99 million. The transaction method involves the Seller spinning off the target business assets to a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary/target company, after which Pulaimaklong will complete the acquisition of the target business by acquiring 100% of the equity of the target company.

The announcement shows that the CRRT-filter assets (production line, brand, and related intellectual property) are scarce resources and important components of the overall CRRT treatment solution. Upon completion of the acquisition, the company will form a complete CRRT business product line and will become the third company with a full line of CRRT products after Fresenius and WanYiTe (formerly Baxter Renal business), establishing a CRRT product ecosystem that can operate independently and in a closed loop, providing strong momentum for the global expansion of the company's CRRT business
