# XREC appoints Rao Yi as General Manager

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, XREC (000598.SZ) announced that the company has received written resignation reports from some directors, supervisors, and the general manager. Due to work adjustments, Ms. Jia Sasa resigned from her position as a director and a member of the audit committee, Mr. Yang Lei resigned from his positions as a director, a member of the strategy committee, and the general manager, Ms. Zou Jia resigned from her position as a director, Mr. Bai Peng resigned from his positions as the chairman of the supervisory board and a supervisor, and Ms. Li Xiao resigned from her position as a supervisor.
