# U.S. stock market opens: Nasdaq rises 0.1%, China concept index rises 3.8%, approaching the psychological barrier of 8000 points

The S&P 500 Index opened up 0.45 points, an increase of 0.01%, at 6115.52 points;

The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up 9.56 points, an increase of 0.02%, at 44720.99 points;

The Nasdaq Composite Index opened up 11.18 points, an increase of 0.06%, at 19956.82 points.

The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose approximately 3.8%, reaching 7990.54 points, continuously approaching the intraday high of 8226.91 points on October 7, 2024.

NVIDIA rose 0.8%, Serve Robotics fell 38.8%, SoundHound fell 24.3%, Nano-X Imaging fell 8.4%, AppLovin and Palantir fell about 0.5%, Tesla rose 1%, GameStop rose about 8%, Intel rose 1.8%, and TSMC ADR fell over 1%.

Chinese concept stocks Baidu rose 3.7%, Zhihu rose about 19%, Kingsoft Cloud rose 20.4%, Bilibili rose about 11%, Alibaba and JD.com rose about 6%, XPeng, Li Auto, and Pinduoduo rose about 4%, and the Chinese concept ETF YINN rose 8.5%, CQQQ rose 4.3%
