# Gongdong Medical: Some shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.19% of the shares

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, Gongdong Medical (605369.SH) stated that within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, Jincheng Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,575,784 shares through centralized bidding, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital; the company's director and general manager, Zhong Weifeng, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 302,158 shares through centralized bidding, which does not exceed 0.19% of the company's total share capital and does not exceed 25% of his total shareholding in the company
