# BEETECH: Some shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 0.92% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BEETECH (300667.SZ) announced that the company's deputy general manager Zhang Zhitiao plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 158,627 shares (accounting for 0.08% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.

Shareholder Beijing Zhuoyi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Beijing Zhuoyi") (a concerted actor of Ding Liangcheng, a shareholder and director holding more than 5% of the company) plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,724,601 shares (accounting for 0.84% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
