# HRPC appointed Gu Congfeng as General Manager

According to the announcement from the financial app Zhitongcaijing, HRPC (600829.SH) stated that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from General Manager Mr. Zhu Weidong. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Zhu Weidong resigned from his position as General Manager, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Mr. Zhu Weidong will continue to serve as the company's Chairman and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Decision-Making Committee.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the company held the 17th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on February 17, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the company's General Manager. Upon nomination by the company's Chairman and approval by the Board's Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Gu Congfeng as the company's General Manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the end of the 10th Board of Directors' term
