According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JOINTAS (002909.SZ) announced that the company plans to launch the fifth phase of its employee stock ownership plan, with an initial estimate that the total number of shares involved in the employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 1.59% of the company's total share capital. The shares will be sourced from the company's repurchased shares in the dedicated securities account for repurchase. The participants in this employee stock ownership plan will include the company's directors (excluding independent directors), supervisors, senior management personnel, and core key employees and other employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company's development
