According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Farsoon (688433.SH) stated that on February 17, 2025, the company received a notice from the National Investment Venture Capital Fund regarding the expiration of the share reduction plan and the results of the reduction, as well as a notice regarding the reduction of shares in Hunan Farsoon High-Tech Co., Ltd. and the change in equity reaching 1%. During this share reduction plan period, the National Investment Venture Capital Fund reduced its holdings by a total of 5.2547 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.27% of the company's current total share capital.
