# The controlling shareholder and concerted action parties of NXGF collectively reduced their holdings by 1.03%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, NXGF (002757.SZ) stated that on February 17, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Share Reduction" issued by its controlling shareholder Dongguan Naxing Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. ("Naxing Investment") and Mr. Zhan Rening, a concerted actor of the actual controller. The share reduction ratio for Naxing Investment and Mr. Zhan Rening is 1.03%. After this equity change, Naxing Investment, the actual controller, and its concerted actors hold 42.86% of the company's shares, with the shareholding ratio change reaching an integer multiple of 1%
