# China EnvRes: Cancellation of the Offer for Stock Option Grants

According to the announcement from China EnvRes (01130), the company has offered a total of 29,604,600 stock options to 15 eligible individuals in the group under the stock option plan adopted on November 11, 2015, at an initial exercise price of HKD 0.3 for a total of 29,604,600 shares. As of the date of this announcement, no stock options have been accepted by any grantee.

On February 17, 2025, the board of directors resolved to cancel the offer of grants, after which the relevant stock options will no longer be available for acceptance, and no related stock options will be granted to the grantees
