# FWD Group Holdings Limited appoints Wei Anzu, Liang Jiajun, and Di Lishi as new members of the board of directors

FWD Group has appointed Wayne Anzu, Leung Ka-Kwok, and Laura Deal-Lacey as new members of the board of directors, while announcing that Sun Baoyuan will resign from the board, effective February 18, 2025.

FWD Group's Chairman, Mark Tucker, stated that he welcomes Wayne Anzu, Leung Ka-Kwok, and Laura Deal-Lacey to the board to jointly lead FWD's governance and development in ten markets across Asia. The new appointments make the board more diverse and inject rich experience in Asian business, which is crucial for achieving the group's vision of creating new insurance experiences for the public
