GREENSUM ECOLOGY jointly signed the project agreement related to land remediation in Luquan County

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREENSUM ECOLOGY (300948.SZ) announced that the company, as a member of the consortium and the leading entity, Luquan State-owned Capital Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Luquan Guotou"), along with another consortium member Yunnan Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunnan Geological Institute"), signed the "Investment Construction Agreement for the Luquan County Land Improvement Project (EPC+F+O)" with the client, the Natural Resources Bureau of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County, regarding project-related matters in Luquan County. The "Investment Construction Agreement" stipulates that the project plans to comprehensively improve approximately 30,000 acres of land within Luquan County, with an estimated total investment of about 600 million yuan, of which the construction and installation engineering costs account for about 70% of the total investment amount, tentatively estimated at 420 million yuan. In addition, the members of the consortium signed the "Supplementary Agreement of the Consortium for the Luquan County Land Improvement Project (EPC+F+O)" on the same day regarding the rights and obligations, profit distribution, and other matters during the implementation process of this project, stipulating that for projects implemented in batches, after the land index transaction, Luquan Guotou will pay the company 10% of the total revenue from the index transaction
