# WELLTECH: Expected loss of 16 million to 24 million yuan in 2024, plans to acquire control of Zijiang New Materials is progressing

36Kr learned that WELLTECH announced that the net loss for 2024 is expected to be between 16 million and 24 million yuan, with operating revenue expected to be between 140 million and 175 million yuan. The company disclosed a "Notice on Planning Major Asset Restructuring and Related Transactions" on December 19, 2024, and progress announcements on January 17 and February 15, 2025. The company plans to sell all assets related to its instrumentation business. It intends to purchase a portion of the equity of Shanghai Zijiang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held by some shareholders for cash payment, aiming to gain control of Zijiang New Materials. Currently, the relevant matters related to the above transaction are in progress, and key elements such as the specific transaction price have not yet been finalized
