ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--Qurate Retail, Inc. made a public announcement regarding a payment update today. The company confirmed the distribution of a semi-annual interest payment and Regular Additional Distribution to the holders of the 3.75% Senior Exchangeable Debentures due 2030. These debentures were issued by Liberty Interactive LLC, Qurate Retail's wholly-owned subsidiary. Holders as of February 1, 2025, will receive an interest payment of $18.75 for every $1,000 original principal amount of Debentures they possess.
