# KHtech: Adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to 55 yuan/share

KHtech announced that the company's share repurchase price has been adjusted from "no more than RMB 35.36 per share" to "no more than RMB 55 per share." Other contents of the company's share repurchase plan remain unchanged. As of January 31, 2025, the company has repurchased 1.7171 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.27% of the company's current total share capital of 135 million shares, with the highest purchase price being RMB 30.94 per share and the lowest price being RMB 27.77 per share, for a total payment of RMB 50.8921 million
