PHUA LEE MING announced that its controlling shareholder COLIBRI TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.2 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.0283% of the company's total share capital. Shareholder Shenzhen Huamiao Investment Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.2 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.0283% of the company's total share capital. Shareholder Qingdao Eagle Investment Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.9794% of the company's total share capital. Senior management Ms. Li Dandan plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 165,500 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0405% of the company's total share capital. Senior management Mr. Rao Lele plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 80,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0196% of the company's total share capital
