# Xiangyu Co., Ltd. has been approved to issue 5 billion yuan in corporate bonds

On February 18th, according to the WeChat public account "Liaocheng Housing and Urban-Rural Development," the Liaocheng Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments jointly issued a notice on "Several Measures to Promote Consumption in the Housing Sector in Liaocheng." The notice mentioned the launch of the "Four In" activities. Targeting employee groups in government agencies, enterprises, and institutions, it aims to understand home buying intentions and needs, organize real estate companies to actively carry out precise supply and demand matching, and orderly enter enterprises, agencies, schools, and communities to hold "group purchasing" activities. At the same time, "customized housing construction" will be carried out. It will sort out real estate development projects that have been transferred but not started and planned land parcels, organize interested group purchasing units and development companies for negotiations, and conduct "customized construction, customized layouts, and customized decoration" based on demand to better meet the diverse and personalized improvement housing needs of employees
