According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PHUA LEE MING (002957.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from its controlling shareholder, Singapore PHUA LEE MING, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Hua Miao Investment, Ying Nuo Investment, and senior management personnel Ms. Li Dandan and Mr. Rao Lele. The aforementioned shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.096% of the company's shares
