# The controlling shareholder of SERVYOU plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SERVYOU (603171.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder Ningbo Sichi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Sichi") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 8.1353 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. Among them, it plans to reduce no more than 4.0676 million shares through centralized bidding trading and no more than 4.0676 million shares through block trading. The reduction period will be implemented within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.

Ningbo Sichi is an employee stock ownership platform before the company's listing, and relevant employees have held shares for many years. This reduction aims to meet the needs of some employees to obtain funds to improve their lives, fully leveraging the incentive effect of the stock ownership platform on employees, while also helping to motivate employees to create value for the company
