# Sosen Electronics plans to increase its investment in Sosen Innovation by 20 million yuan to optimize its asset structure

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sosen Electronics (301002.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the capital increase and share expansion of its controlling subsidiary, Sosen Innovation. All shareholders of Sosen Innovation plan to increase the registered capital at a price of 1 yuan per registered capital, totaling an increase of 36.3636 million yuan in registered capital. Among them, the company will convert 20 million yuan of debt into registered capital, Shenzhen Sosen Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Sosen Innovation Investment") will contribute 10.9090 million yuan in cash as new registered capital, Shenzhen Sosen Innovation Development Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Sosen Innovation Development") will contribute 1.8182 million yuan in cash as new registered capital, Mr. Tian Nianbin will contribute 1.8182 million yuan in cash as new registered capital, and Mr. Wang Zongyou will contribute 1.8182 million yuan in cash as new registered capital.

This matter is beneficial for optimizing the asset structure of Sosen Innovation and enhancing its capital strength. On the other hand, the funds from the capital increase will mainly be used for the daily operations and business development of Sosen Innovation, which is conducive to the smooth development of Sosen Innovation's subsequent business
