WBC: SKF plans to donate 79.3 million shares

WBC Announcement: The company's second largest shareholder, SKF, has signed a "Donation Agreement" with the Dalian Youth Development Foundation, whereby SKF will donate its 79.3 million shares and all corresponding rights in the company to the foundation. After the completion of this donation transfer, SKF will no longer be a shareholder of the company. The donated shares will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. The effectiveness of the donation agreement is contingent upon the Dalian Youth Development Foundation successfully opening a B-share securities account with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited before 24:00 on February 20, 2025. There is still uncertainty regarding whether this share donation matter can ultimately be completed
