BEETECH announced that the company's board of directors received resignation reports from Mr. Dai Xiaoning, Chairman and General Manager, and Mr. Tang Zhibin, Director and Deputy General Manager, who applied to resign from their positions as General Manager and Deputy General Manager, respectively, due to adjustments in the company's strategic planning. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Dai Xiaoning will continue to serve as the company's Chairman and Chairman of the Strategic Committee, while Mr. Tang Zhibin will continue to serve as the company's Director, Member of the Strategic Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee
