On February 19th, Jinshi Data reported that Shenzhen Ridge announced that the company plans to jointly invest in Guangzhou Guangjian Technology Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Ruiyunjie Investment Co., Ltd. and Guangji Huida Investment Management (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The total subscription scale by all partners is RMB 40.76 million, of which Shenzhen Ruiyunjie contributes RMB 10 million in self-owned funds, accounting for 24.53% of the total subscription scale.
