# ZJJF: The approval notice for the 上市申请 of Rosasatin has been granted

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZJJF (600668.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianfeng Pharmaceutical") has received the "Approval Notice for the Listing Application of Chemical Raw Material Drug Roxadustat" from the National Medical Products Administration.

It is reported that Roxadustat is a hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor. Roxadustat can inhibit prolyl hydroxylases PHD1, PHD2, and PHD3 in vitro, leading to rapid and reversible activation of hypoxia-inducible factor-α (HIF-α) in the Hep3B cell line-derived strain 1G6, which can induce an increase in erythropoietin (EPO) levels in Hep3B cells
