# SCGS: The procedures for transferring the equity of Kaiwu Information are currently being processed

SCGS issued an announcement regarding unusual fluctuations, stating that the company has noticed discussions in the stock forum about its subsidiary, Sichuan Kaiwu Information Technology Co., Ltd., connecting to large models like DeepSeek, and classifying the company under the DeepSeek concept. The company will hold the 13th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on January 8, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the transfer of part of the equity of its controlling subsidiary. The company intends to transfer part of its equity in Kaiwu Information to Beijing Xingshan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer have control over Kaiwu Information and will not include it in the company's consolidated financial statements. As of now, the procedures related to the equity transfer are being processed
