# SMOC: Kang Junning's shareholding ratio has dropped to below 5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SMOC (688265.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% but not the largest shareholder, Beijing Kangjun Ningyuan Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Kangjun Ningyuan"), has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 2.5001% from April 6, 2023, to February 19, 2025. After this change in equity, Kangjun Ningyuan holds 3.8981 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.9999% of the total shares
