According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CWB (605005.SH) announced that Mr. Zhou Shu, the deputy general manager, intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 200,000 shares of the company through centralized bidding, with the reduction not exceeding 25% of his total holdings and not exceeding 0.05% of the company's total share capital; Supervisor Mr. Xu Fangming also intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 200,000 shares of the company through centralized bidding, with the reduction not exceeding 25% of his total holdings and not exceeding 0.05% of the company's total share capital; the reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement disclosure
