After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 1.376 billion shares, with the latest holding ratio at 97.76%.

Supplementary information: On 21 January 2025, the voluntary conditional general offer made on behalf of Jingfeng Holding Limited (the "Offeror") became unconditional in all respects, and Jingfeng Holding Limited acquired further interest in shares as a result of acceptance of the offer by the offer shareholders
