# RA SILK ROAD has completed the issuance of approximately 89,118,650 subscription shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RA SILK ROAD (00274) announced that the prerequisite conditions have been met and will be completed on February 20, 2025. A total of 89,118,654 subscription shares (accounting for approximately 13.27% of the company's issued share capital after the completion of the subscription shares) have been successfully issued to the subscribers at the subscription price of HKD 0.05 per share in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement
