# The innovative drug sector is rising, and these concept stocks have received intensive research from institutions this year

According to Data Treasure, this afternoon, the A-shares and Hong Kong stocks in the innovative drug sector rose, with the CRO concept leading the gains. The average stock price of innovative drug concept stocks has increased by 6.83% this year, with 12 stocks rising over 20%, including PR, HitGen, and GEMPHARMATECH, which have seen stock price increases of 53.72%, 47%, and 30.12% respectively this year. Among the concept stocks that have released performance forecasts, quick reports, and annual reports, Nanmo Biology, Haipruite, Shenzhou Cell-U, Haizheng Pharmaceutical, and Yifan Pharmaceutical are expected to turn losses into profits in 2024. Haoyuan Pharmaceutical, Ailisi, Tebao Biotechnology, Ganli Pharmaceutical, Peking University Pharmaceutical, and Nuotai Biotechnology are expected to see performance growth in 2024, with the lower limit of performance growth for Peking University Pharmaceutical, Nuotai Biotechnology, and Ailisi exceeding 100%, indicating the potential for doubling performance. Haoyuan Pharmaceutical, Yifang Biotechnology-U, Jiankangyuan, and GEMPHARMATECH have all been investigated by more than 10 institutions this year. In terms of valuation, as of now, there are 13 innovative drug concept stocks with a latest price-to-earnings ratio of less than 20 times, and compared to the valuation levels since 2020, 10 stocks have a valuation percentile below 30%
