# Understanding the Market | XPENG-W rose over 5% as institutions pointed out that the market underestimates the catalytic effect of the intelligent driving wave, and the company is set to 迎产品强周期

> XPENG-W's stock price rose by more than 5%, with an increase of 5.28% as of the time of writing, trading at HKD 71.75, with a transaction volume of HKD 1.17 billion. The company's CEO, He Xiaopeng, revealed that January sales exceeded 15,000 units and that the new car G6 was launched in the UK, with a pre-sale price of £39,990, expected to be delivered in March 2025. Both China International Capital Corporation and China Merchants Securities stated that the market has underestimated the catalytic effect of the intelligent driving wave on XPeng, and it is expected that the company will enter a strong product cycle, with sales and profitability expected to increase significantly

According to Zhitong Finance APP, XPeng-W (09868) rose over 5%, with a current increase of 5.28%, priced at HKD 71.75, and a trading volume of HKD 1.17 billion.

In terms of news, recently, XPeng CEO He Xiaopeng posted on Weibo that the sales of the XPeng MONA M03 exceeded 15,000 units in January. Additionally, XPeng recently held a listing launch event in the UK and announced that the XPeng G6 model has officially started pre-sales. This is XPeng's first right-hand drive model in the UK market. The pre-sale price for the new car starts at £39,990, with expected deliveries beginning in March 2025. China International Capital Corporation stated that starting from March, the company will enter a period of intensive new car launches. The firm believes that the group's goal of doubling annual sales year-on-year will be easily achieved. Furthermore, if subsequent new car feedback is positive, the target is likely to be raised.

CITIC Securities research report pointed out that XPeng has endured hardships, and the market underestimates the catalytic effect of the intelligent driving wave on XPeng, with consensus expectations likely to continue to rise. After two years of internal transformation, XPeng's system maturity has deepened, reflected in the increased success rate of new products, longer and more stable product cycles, and a dual boost in sales explosion and profit improvement that will enhance valuation levels. The firm expects XPeng's current product strong cycle to last for two years, with the G6 and G9 facelift launched in the first quarter, the new G7 and Mona 03MAX in the second quarter, the P7 in the third quarter, and the extended-range vehicle launched in the fourth quarter, with all models expected to launch extended versions next year. Rapidly rising sales will enable the company to achieve quarterly breakeven within the year
