SCGS: Received equity transfer payment and no longer holds control over Sichuan Kaiwu
SCGS announced that it previously disclosed that the company intends to transfer 0.70% equity of Sichuan Kaiwu Information Technology Co., Ltd. it holds to Beijing Xingshan at a price of 205,900 yuan. On February 21, 2025, the company received the equity transfer payment from Beijing Xingshan. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will no longer have control over Sichuan Kaiwu and will no longer include it in the company's consolidated financial statements
