# SLIE and related responsible personnel received a warning letter from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SLIE (300543.SZ) announced that the company and relevant responsible personnel recently received a warning letter issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding Shenzhen SLIE Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd., Chen Jing, and Zhong Hongbing.

The document pointed out that the company used part of the raised funds for non-investment projects during the period from 2021 to 2023 without the approval of the shareholders' meeting, resulting in inaccurate information disclosure in the company's annual reports and related interim announcements for 2021, 2022, and 2023
