According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SQM (688138.SH) announced that on February 21, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinions on the Issuance of Shares by Shenzhen SQM Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the specific opinions as follows:

"The application for the issuance of shares by Shenzhen SQM Co., Ltd. to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit the application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt from your company."
