# AADRI: The consortium won the general contracting for planning and architectural design of Phase I of the Scientist Town (Nanyuan)

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AADRI (301167.SZ) announced that recently, the National Public Resources Trading Platform (Hefei City, Anhui Province) released the public announcement of the bidding results for the "Scientist Town (South Garden) Phase I Planning and Architectural Design General Contracting." The consortium formed by the company and Kaida Global (Asia) Limited has been identified as the winning bidder for the "Scientist Town (South Garden) Phase I Planning and Architectural Design General Contracting" project.

The estimated investment for the project is 2.1 billion; the design service period is from the date of contract signing until the completion of project acceptance and audit (approximately 1,825 calendar days); the estimated contract price is 47 million (the design fee the company is entitled to in the consortium based on the specific design tasks undertaken is approximately 27.5 million). The winning project falls within the company's main business scope, and if the consortium can successfully obtain the "Bid Notification" and sign a formal contract and perform normally, it will promote the company's future operating performance
