# INT'L GROUP elects Wang Yang as chairman

According to the announcement from INT'L GROUP (000411.SZ), the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from the chairman, Ying Xu, on February 24, 2025. According to organizational arrangements, Ying Xu will no longer serve as a director, chairman, or hold any positions in the board's specialized committees. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Ying Xu will no longer hold any position in the company.

The company held its ninth board meeting of the tenth session on February 24, 2025, and elected Wang Yang as the chairman of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the tenth board's term
