# LIYUAN: The company's controlling shareholder is expected to change

LIYUAN announced a significant event, stating that three individual shareholders of its controlling shareholder BeiYou Intelligent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Wu Rui, Chen Yang, and Liu Jiang, have signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Jiangsu Bubugao Real Estate Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Bubugao will acquire 100% equity of BeiYou Intelligent held by Wu Rui, Chen Yang, and Liu Jiang. As of the date of this announcement, BeiYou Intelligent holds 800 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.54% of the total share capital, making it the controlling shareholder of the company. If this transaction is successfully completed, Jiangsu Bubugao will hold 100% equity of BeiYou Intelligent, becoming its sole shareholder, and Wu Rui, Chen Yang, and Liu Jiang will no longer hold any equity in BeiYou Intelligent. Mr. Zhang Yuan is the actual controller of Jiangsu Bubugao and will indirectly control 22.54% of the company's shares through Jiangsu Bubugao. The actual controller of the company will change from Mr. Wu Rui to Mr. Zhang Yuan; however, the controlling shareholder of the company will remain BeiYou Intelligent. There is still uncertainty regarding whether this transaction can be completed and the timeline for completion
