According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinde New Material (301349.SZ) announced that the company has reviewed and approved the proposal on the initial grant of restricted stock to the incentive objects of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan, agreeing and determining that the initial grant date of this incentive plan will be February 24, 2025, with a grant price of 15.73 yuan per share for the initial grant of 848,000 restricted shares to 76 eligible incentive objects
