# CAISSA TOURISM's shareholder Jingu Trust plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CAISSA TOURISM (000796.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, China Jingu International Trust Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingu Trust"), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 48.1137 million shares from March 18, 2025, to June 17, 2025, which is a reduction of no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
