# Polaris Moves Forward with Property Sale After Buyer Exercises Option

Polaris said buyer Global Asia Printings exercised its option to purchase its investment properties at 81 Ubi Avenue 4 in Singapore, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company received 5% of the sale price as a deposit, with the remaining 95% due upon completion, expected within eight weeks. Polaris had previously issued the option to purchase in January.
