DYMATIC CHEM announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Foshan Shunde District Changlianrong Investment Co., Ltd., will auction 4.4 million unrestricted circulating shares on the JD Network Judicial Auction Platform from March 24 to 25, 2025, accounting for 11.59% of its current total shares in the company and 0.91% of the company's total share capital. Changlianrong Investment is not the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and this share auction will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant adverse impact on the company's production and ongoing operations
